I’m a product manager based in Cape Town with more than ten years of experience building software products specifically in scheduling.
Most doctors don’t have time to work out booking systems, payment gateways and reminder settings. I do the setup for you, train your team, and stay on hand while you settle in. Your accounts stay in your practice’s name.

How it works

A 15-minute video call to understand your practice.
2. Intake form and deposit
You complete a short form with your hours, fees and policies, and pay a 50% deposit.
3. Setup session
We set up your booking page and payments together on a video call.
4. Go live
Patients start booking online. Support is included for your first 3 months.

FAQs
Do I need any technical skills?
No. I do the setup and train you and your team to use it.
How long does setup take?
Usually 5 to 7 working days once I have your intake form and PayFast has approved your account.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your Bookem and PayFast accounts are opened in your practice’s name, and patient payments go straight to your bank account.
What will it cost each month?
Bookem plans start from about R200 per month, and PayFast charges a small fee per payment. There’s no monthly fee from me unless you choose ongoing support after the first 3 months.
What about patient privacy and POPIA?
Your accounts stay in your name and I only use your information to set up and support your system. I sign a service agreement that covers confidentiality and POPIA.
